These sessions are designed to address the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats as it relates to their head-to-toe wellbeing.

This custom SWOT analysis is used to personalize guidance and provide ongoing support to help clients reach short-term milestones and long-term transformation.

Through healthy living coaching, my goal is to have a positive impact on at least one person’s life every day. That’s a minimum of 365 people a year.
