Nina’s group-coaching programs marry whole-group sessions with small-group support – in both virtual and in-person environments.

Topics addressed include: the maintenance of a healthy body weight, sensible eating habits, physical and mental fitness, sleep hygiene and relationship management.

There is no one single path to healthy living. My goal is to arm people with the right knowledge, confidence and motivation to carve out their own unique path to success.
