Welcome to the Intermittent Fasting Challenge!

Hi, I’m Nina Cherie Franklin and it’s my pleasure to announce my second 28-Day Intermittent Fasting Challenge.

Intermittent fasting continues to gain widespread popularity. And, with so many people trying to shake the quarantine weight gain, I’ve been getting a lot of questions about this particular eating style. So, I had to introduce another challenge for the new year.

As a healthy living coach with expertise grounded in exercise science and nutrition, I can honestly say that intermittent fasting is one of only a few eating styles I generally recommend for weight management and overall good health.

I can certainly attest to the many benefits of fasting intermittently.

If you know me personally or even follow me on social media, you’ve likely noticed that I currently follow an intermittent fasting regimen and have been doing so since 2012—Even through pregnancy and 14-plus months of nursing.

When done the right way, intermittent fasting can be especially effective for people trying to lose weight or even maintain a weight loss. I know it’s worked for my former participants and many of my clients.
