What You Need
- 4 bell peppers (green, red, orange, and yellow)
- 1 Granny Smith apple
- 1 Fuji apple
- 1⁄3 head of large cauliflower
- 1 large head of broccoli
- 1 cucumber
- 1 red onion
- 3/4 cup of dried cranberries or Craisins
How To Prepare
Chop all the ingredients into small, bite-sized pieces and combine them in a large bowl. Throw in the dried cranberries (or Craisins) and combine well. Chill (if desired) and serve. That’s it!
