Hi, I’m Dr. Nina Cherie Franklin and it’s my pleasure to introduce my first ever 28-Day Intermittent Fasting Challenge.
Given the current widespread popularity of intermittent fasting, not a single day goes by without me talking to people in some way or another about this eating style. If you know me personally or even follow me on social media, you’ve likely noticed that I currently follow an intermittent fasting regimen and have been doing so since 2012.
However, I didn’t create this challenge to convert you or anyone else to a life of intermittent fasting. My goal is simply to help others approach intermittent fasting the right way and discover if this lifestyle can actually work over the long-term.
As a health coach and scientist with expertise grounded in fitness, nutrition and rehabilitation, I can honestly say that intermittent fasting is one of only a few eating styles I generally recommend for overall good health. When done the right way, it can be especially effective for people trying to lose weight or even maintain a weight loss.
Of course, you don’t have to take my word for it. Join the challenge and try it for yourself. If you’ve resolved to lose weight, improve your health or take your fitness to the next level in the new year, intermittent fasting can help get you there.
